Richard M. Torre, Advisor of Counsel - Mr. Torre has over 35 years of diversified national and international finance and business organization/management successes and is an advisor to Bridgewater Capital.
Mr. Torre is an active board member for public & private firms as well as civic organizations. He is the Chairman of Signature Eyewear, Inc. (OTC), The Hydrogen Fund, MMT Investors, Inc., Dartmouth Associates, Inc. and Dauntless Capital Partners, LLC. and is a Board Member of Aircomm Wireless Corp. He has completed terms as Vice-Chairman for both Pacific Mercantile Bank (NASDAQ) and JLM Foodservices, Inc.; Chairman, of Forum for Corporate Directors and Exceed Capital Holdings (CDNX), and Board service at Braintech, Inc. (OTC) and the Graduate School of Management at The University of California, Irvine. He is currently a member of The Southern California Investors Association and The Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Torre’s career began at Mill Factors Corp., continued at Congress Financial/Philadelphia Bank & Bank of Virginia Company. He was Senior VP at Heller Financial in Dallas & Los Angeles and was responsible for the firm’s factoring and asset based lending activities and then a member of several investment banks prior to the formation of Dartmouth Associates which he Chaired.
Mr. Torre earned Cum Laude in Physics from Fordham University, and has been a guest lecturer at several prestigious universities including: Pepperdine University, the U.S. Naval History Institute, City College of New York, Woodbury University, the New York Institute of Credit, Melbourne University and the Winston S. Churchill International Society.
Mr. Torre is also been recognized for his commitment to the establishment of the USS Missouri as a National Monument at Pearl Harbor(1/29/99) and the National World War II Memorial, Washington, D.C.(5/24/04).
Hector Martinez Reding Cevallos, Advisor of Counsel - Mr. Cevallos has over 20 years specializing in capital sourcing and structuring and Mergers and Acquisitions and is an advisor to Bridgewater Capital.
Mr. Cevallos is the founding partner of V Amercias Mergers & Acquisitions, which specializes in capital sourcing and the structuring of new businesses. He is the founder of several enterprises including Pyxcom, which was the first metropolitan wireless network in Mexico and City Copter, the first urban aerial public transportation service in Latin America operating out of Mexico City and flying established routes and schedules. He has been a member on several international boards, a fervent promoter of investment and economic growth and focuses on bringing companies in developing nations into the global markets by providing access to different channels and sources for financing. Mr. Cevallos acts as a cultural bridge between Latin American investors by providing sophisticated financial services and support to businesses throughout the Americas and in the past has represented his Government’s interests abroad.
Mr. Cevallos recently helped to create the Dartmouth Alliance, a company that incorporated three leading companies on both sides of the border under one financial services umbrella focused upon aiding Latin-American businessmen reach their expansion goals into the US. Mr. Cevallos has 20 years of experience in business development, valuation modeling and M&A.
